Per-seat pricing rewards under-adoption: adjusters share logins, supervisors stay logged out, and the system stops being the shared source of truth it was bought to be. Matter-volume pricing tracks what actually drives both your litigation spend and our infrastructure cost, so full adoption across your claims team and every defense firm never adds to your bill.

What counts as an "active litigated matter"?+

Any matter with a status other than Closed at any point during your billing period. A matter you open and close within the same month still counts once — we don't charge extra for closing cases quickly, which would work against the entire point of this product.

Do defense firms really pay nothing, ever?+

Correct. Every firm on your panel gets unlimited seats — attorneys, paralegals, assistants — for every matter you assign them, at no cost. If a firm works for multiple carriers who use Case Closed Pro, their same login works across all of them.

What happens if we cross into the next tier mid-month?+

Nothing changes automatically or unexpectedly. We review your open matter count monthly and confirm with you before any tier change takes effect on your next billing cycle — never a surprise retroactive charge.

Is there a free trial or pilot program?+
